Clerk to the Council - Bill (Robbie) Robinson

I moved into Stockton when I got married in 1969, and was elected as a Parish Councillor in 1978. In 1993 I took on the role of Parish Clerk, and gained an Open University Degree in Local Government Administration to help me understand the role better.

I currently lecture on Local Government Administration at induction courses for District and Parish Councillors and Clerks.
