DEATH OF HER MAJESTY QUEEN ELIZABETH II

The Chairman and Members of Stockton Parish Council wish, on behalf of the parishioners of Stockton, to express their deep sadness at the death of Her Majesty. We will be thinking of the members of her family today and in the next few days leading up to her funeral. The Rev. Gillian Roberts has opened a Book of Condolence in the Church for people to sign. If people wish to leave flowers in memory, these can be laid at the side of the path leading to the Church. The Church will remain open each day until the funeral for private prayer and reflection.

Out of respect for the declared Bank Holiday on the day of Queen's funeral, the monthly Parish Council meeting has been rescheduled for Monday 26th September.
