SDC will now accept PLASTIC FOOD TRAYS, YOGHURT POTS, MARGARINE TUBS, CLEAN TINFOIL in your Blue Bin. These are in addition to the existing collection of paper, glass bottles, plastic bottles, cardboard and food and drink cans.

The Parish Council is supporting a local intiative to build a 'multi-use' Rollerblade, Skateboard and BMX Bike ramp complex on Stockton Recreation Ground for use by local young people. A short term initiative has created a BMX ramp from the slide hill using earth moved from the cemetery. |

There have been recent reports of dogs fouling in the cemetery and the football & cricket pitches. These are not permissable areas for walking dogs and penalty for not clearing up dog fouling can be up to £1,000 if taken to court, but there is also provision for a fixed penalty scheme with a fine of £50 in England. |
