Making a complaint to the NHS
Most medical care treatment goes well, but things occasionally go wrong and you may want to complain. Every NHS organisation has a complaints procedure. You can complain either to the service that you're unhappy with, or you can complain to NHS Warwickshire. To find out how to make a complaint look on the hospital or trust's website, ask a member of staff or contact the complaints department at NHS Warwickshire - 01926 493491, www.warwickshire.nhs.uk
